Justine developed Sculpted Concepts, LLC in 2016 to create a Concierge Aesthetic Medicine Apprenticeship and Education program. As an educator and clinician, she felt she could make significant contributions to her colleagues and the field of Aesthetic Medicine. As an expert injector, she prides herself on offering safe techniques and careful attention to preserving her patients' innate beauty. As a result, her patients enjoy outstanding, natural results and minimal downtime.
She graduated from Saint Francis University with a Bachelor of Health Science in 2008, a Master of Physician Assistant Science in 2009, and Master of Business Administration in 2016. She spent the first eight years of her career in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery with an emphasis on skin cancer reconstruction and Aesthetic Medicine. In 2017 she was afforded the opportunity to expand her Aesthetic Medicine practice to three locations across west-central Pennsylvania. In 2024 she earned Distinguished Fellow status with the American Academy of Physician Associates.
In 2021, Justine and her partner, Jamie Malinowski, co-founded SMOOCH Aesthetics in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. They shared a dream of creating a beautiful space, where regenerative and aesthetic medicine are prioritized. They pride themselves on having created an inclusive patient experience, based on phenomenal care and exceptional treatment offerings.
While in practice, she has worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the Physician Assistant and Public Health Programs at Saint Francis University. She has traveled the country as an Aesthetic Clinical Educator for Suneva Medical since 2015, Aesthetic Medical Educators Training from 2016-2021, and Allergan since 2019.
Justine practices Aesthetic Medicine at SMOOCH Aesthetics in Murrysville. She takes great pride in her approach to the art of injectables and could not be more thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with you.
